I went to the the furniture store a couple of weeks ago, Marley was very nice and helpful. While I wasn't certain if two paintings and a rug would look nice for my living room. She suggested that I could take them home first, if I don't like, I could return it. As we agreed in advance, I returned one of the paintings the next day and the rug a week later. She promised they would refund to my credit account in 48 hours. I didn't get it for a week. I made a few calls but they never replied. I went to the store almost every other day to ask for my refund. She gave me different excuses each time, that either they'll investigate or they'd do it again... but where's my refund? I've been waiting for weeks. Marley is being so dishonest, I can't believe in anything she said or any promise she made. I will not stop till I get my money back.
