Marc was professional, quick and efficient (and friendly with my cat)! The price very fair considering we only hired him to clean a duct and replace a lint box, but ended up discovering there were some deeper problems with our dryer hookup than I initially thought.
I was afraid the unforeseen surprises would impact our bill on a huge level, but Marc was true to his quote and provided an itemized invoice.
