Reliable Dryer Vent

Very good service and will use them again in the future. Arrived at the time quoted over the phone and did a very professional job cleaning the chimney and fireplace. Gave some very helpful advice on using fireplace (our previous house had a gas fireplace) and answered all my questions. The technician, Mark, was very friendly and did an excellent clean up after he was finished working on the fireplace. Absolutely no mess afterwards and I will be calling Magic Touch Chimney Sweeps to perform this service for us again next year. Very happy with service provided.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Richard at Magic Touch. Very friendly and knowledgable. Richard very patiently answered all my questions and presented me a number of thoroughly explained options at a number of points.

The chimney was well cleaned and great care was taken to ensure that the house did not get dirty at all. I even got a lesson in using the proper wood for the wood--burning fireplace - very handy information!

A follow-up visit was scheduled for the next day to install a chimney cap (the inspection showed the existing one was essentially junk) and Richard started this work while I was still at the office (Donna from the Magic Touch office called to let me know this was happening) and he was ready to do the remaining inside work when I got home - couldn't have been any smoother for me!!

Overall, I felt that Richard went above and beyond expectations on this job. He even took the time to make some other very minor fixes on the eavestrough and siding that he noticed while up on the roof.

I'd recommend Magic Touch to anyone, with no hesitation.

i was surprised at the level of service and professionalism that I received when dealing with this company. They were on time for the job, brought materials to ensure that no dust or dirt would come into the room.
I also have to commend the lady who took my phone order. She was extremely pleasant and very up front about the price.

We called in, and they sent Adam to come inspect the fireplace and provide a written estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable . Gave us two options and explained them well. We selected the option, and scheduled the installation for the following Tuesday.

Adam came on time on Tuesday and started work immediately. He completed ahead of schedule and cleaned up after himself. Place was left very tidy. We look forward to trying out the wood insert this winter.

We moved in to a new house and wanted to make sure the chimney was in good working order. Magic Touch was able to set up an appointment for the next day. The technician was very professional. The chimney was cleaned with a minimum of fuss, and the area was cleaned up completely.

This was a small job, I called several chimney places and no one was willing to do the work.

Magic Touch on the other hand was great to work with. Richard provided 2 options for repairing the chimney cap and scheduled the job for 2 days later. The work was completed on time and looks great.
They even completed the job while I was at work.

I just wanted to compliment your staff on the job carried out last Thursday sweeping our chimney and replacing the chimney cap. My husband initially spoke with Donna who answered the phone and she was very professional and provided us with a quotation in a timely manner. The gentleman who swept the chimney was on time and did a nice clean job. After he had finished and shortly afterwards, another gentleman turned up to replace the chimney cap. Having recently moved into our first house, we wanted to ensure that our chimneys were clean and safe to use. From Home Stars, we got the name of MagicTouch. I called them, and had a very nice conversation on the phone. We have two fireplaces with separate flues. Their fixed price is $125 for the first chimney and $110 for the second.
Richard, their technician came on time. He looked at the chimneys and told me they had recently been cleaned, and didn't need to be cleaned again. He also told me that I should not use one of the chimney's due to safety concerns tied to poor construction. Richard then gave me some ideas and insight into switching over to a wood stove insert, in order to make use of this separate fire place.
At the end of the day, I was only charged $50 for the inspection. Great service. I will definitely use them again.

I had an annual chimney cleaning done. This company came highly recommended and I know why! They are quick and clean. He showed up on time and did the job in 30 mins as quoted and left virtually no mess behind. Our cleaner was Adam and I'll have him back again for the annual clean.
