Our basement carpet was well overdue for a proper cleaning. Between two kids and large dogs, it was a hot mess. The whole experience with Steam n Clean was amazing, easy to book and the customer service was excellent. I cant say enough about the technician, John, who did the cleaning. John is knowledgeable and obviously takes great pride in his work. The carpet looks amazing and I will definitely use the service again.
