First time to use HomeStars, and came across this company. Booking and response was prompt, professional and very knowledgable. I originally asked for WETT 3 inspection that would cost me $$$ however, A1 recommended that they do the cleaning based on their experience. Needless to say that they could have ripped me off on that, however its impressive to see the company that cares about customer need and not only money.
The service call was on time, very clean and respectful of our home. We were up and running in no time. Originally, they were suppose to clean two fireplaces, however, after the inspection and since one of them was never used, they have only done one, and charged us for cleaning one fireplace. Couldn't be more than happy.
