My elderly mom had issues with her chimney and all we had to do was put in a call and we received immediate and prompt attention. Owen was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The chimney was inspected the same day we called into the office and Owen called us by the end of that same day explaining what was wrong and more importantly what needed to be done. The work was done the following day and both Owen and his team member giving my mom the piece of mind she needed to know that there was no risk of carbon monoxide seeping through the old and damaged chimney lining.
