A1 Quality Chimney Cleaning & Repair

A cold call to Aaron, from a website, and they set us up for a chimney cleaning, with an on the spot quote. Technician Tony gave us a call apologizing he'd be 15 minutes late, arrived before 15 minutes, and did a terrific job of cleaning a very sooty chimney, and keeping everything spotless. Afterwards we noticed a bracket to anchor the chimney pop-top had gone missing (it had come loose). When I brought it to their attention, Kelley from the office actually dropped off a spare they had at the office, no charge, on his way home. The final cost plus HST was exactly what they had quoted for cleaning and inspection. It has been quite awhile since we have had this kind of kindness, sensitivity and care. Everyone was so helpful and considerate at every step. Be sure we will be putting them in our annual contact list, a and recommending them to anyone who needs their flues spruced up!
