Furnace and Air Conditioner replaced
We replaced our A/C and furnace finally. We got quotes from 3 different companies and ended up choosing A1 for a few reason, however one of the main reasons was their product and service rating 9.6 on this site compared to the other 2 companies. Gord was very helpful in answering all my questions, he even took the time when he was out to dinner to speak with me. Dale & Justin arrived early which was great as it was going to be the hottest day of the summer. They worked non-stop until we convinced them to have some lunch (which I think they liked). They were so amazing and got the work done so that the A/C could be up and running. They took the time to go over the new thermostat and make sure we knew how to use it. Dale & Justin were an absolute pleasure and we are very happy with everything. (I27518)
