I chose to call Advanced Plumbing Inc. They managed to send Ian, on short notice, even ahead of the appointment time. He is a competent, knowledgeable and friendly person. Even though, it was difficult to access the area, he was able to rectify the problem. Chris, who manages the office, contacted me a couple of times to ascertain that everything was in order.
