Excellent job done by the crew. They were very professional and did a great job. This was a small job but they treated it like any other. All windows were protected and there were no issues at all. I would recommend Air Seal to anyone.

A friend recommended Air Seal Insulators Inc. Airseal.ca who insulated his whole house with Spray Foam. I called their office and made an appointment with Alana. Alana came out to my home and walked through my basement taking careful measurements of my whole basement. She also made a recommendation to insulate my crawl space. We agreed on a price and set a date for their crew to come out and complete the job. Zolty and his crew came on time and were pleasant and professional. They completed the job in less than a day. They worked quickly, efficiently and left the basement very clean. They even taped the face of the studs so that the dry wallers had a smooth surface to install the drywall. I would definitely recommend them. Of all the spray foam companies they were the most efficient in getting back to me. It was a truly a pleasure to do business with them.

Air Seal was a perfect 10 to deal with until the day of our job, when they fumbled a bit. We were booked for a Sunday, however insufficient crews showed up making it unreasonable to start such a large job. This product requires you to leave your house for 24 hours, so we had to rebook a hotel and juggle arrangements for a family of 6 plus a dog. Air Seal had been great for communication up until this point, however they failed to provide us with an explanation of why the scheduling issue happened, and left us in the dark for a new plan until 1 crew (there were supposed to be 2) showed on Monday. In the end we're happy with the product, and the application was done fairly well. There were a few locations with deficiencies, which our inspector commented on, and Air Seal immediately touched up.

Following the July 8 2013 flood in Toronto we are rebuilding our basement. Contacted several companies for quotes for spray foam insulation and David was in touch with us immediately. He provided a competitive quote and we made the decision to have Air Seal do our job. Joe arrived on time and completed the job to our complete satisfaction.

After being flooded in July with the rest of the GTA, we re-did our basement and opted to insulate what wasn't done previously. We were told that sprayfoam was the way to go but make sure to get someone "good" and at the right level and price. Boy did Airseal deliver. Prompt, professional and courteous. Thanks to Airseal, we have said good bye to our drafty basement and look forward to "warm winters" and "cool summers"!

AVOID Air Seal at ALL COSTS. The company is difficult to deal with and will not honour their work.

They caused about $3000 of damage to our home. They played 'dog and pony' game in avoiding talking to me about the problems they caused.

They did not properly cover the windows, floor or toilet and allowed spray foam on the windows (pictures below), screens, floor and toilet drain. The cost to fix these problems exceeded $3000 AND still still not done.

I mentioned these problems and sent pictures to Ephraim and David in January 2013. Ephraim was only willing to pay a small amount of compensation in July 2013. He was not willing to pay even $1 towards fixing the drains which his company damaged.

Ephraim acknowledged that they no longer use the crew who did work in our home. Ephraim acknowledged the job was poorly done. BUT he is not willing to pay for the damage caused.

Right from the get go meeting david the estimator i had the feeling I'm dealing with a professional company.
the office manager Alana was courteous and kept me informed about every change in the schedule.
this was a hard job to perform because the entire roof had to be removed in order for the workers to do the job properly.
with the rainy weather we had it was hard to coordinate this job
the crew was sent out twice, but due to the weather condition they were unable to complete the job at those times.
when the weather was finally nice and sunny , they showed up early and ready to do the job. Joseph was so helpful and thorough he did an excellent job with foaming the attic despite how hot the attic was.
the job took 6 hours and in the end we were really happy with the result.
i would recommend air seal in a heart beat

Customer Service at its finest. From the call for quote to the insulation being sprayed, very happy with service and I'd recommend Air Seal to anyone with insulation needs. All the employees I spoke with were friendly and knowledgable. The guys who came out were on time and tidy. Great job!
