Movers came at 9.30am within time agreed, with three workers and 30ft truck as requested. The rate quoted and agreed with the office was $95 per hour, with one hour travel time and no hidden fees. Workers loaded the truck slowly and took regular breaks.When the truck was loaded the movers took half an hour to close the old door of the container. The movers finished offloading at 2.30PM. The movers invoice me for: (1) hour travel time as agreed, Time from 9.15am to 2.45pm and on top of that they charged 8% fuel charge. Way to go Ultimate ripoff movers............

With all due respect Mr. Ramlam, you were aware of the fuel surcharge. We have signed documentation from you accepting the same. We have a fax received from you from Tricon Films & Television on September 17, 2009 signed that you have accepted the contract and have full knowledge of the details of the contract. We do not hide any charges. I am not sure of how slowly you are talking about, your move took 4.5/hrs for a 4 bedroom home. I find your response is less than honest for misleading details.
