The booking process was great: they were flexible with pick-up locations, they provided moving materials (packing paper, boxes, tape, labels, etc.), and their pricing seemed more than fair to me. Most of the people working at their call centre are quite knowledgeable and helpful - one of the individuals that I was forced to deal with did not speak English very well and seemed new to the company so was a bit difficult to deal with.
On moving day, of the three people that came, Keith was by far the hardest working and most helpful. Another, Chad, was quite good as well. The third individual seemed like he didn't want to be there and didn't do much to hide that fact (which is fine, since I don't always want to be at work and he did not seem 100% health-wise - but it certainly isn't something I as a customer want to deal with).
Overall, they were efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with (very honest with the time spent, and didn't try to tag us with things like fuel surcharges, extra costs for an extra pickup, etc.).
I would recommend them so long as you confirm with them before-hand that they can get an experienced crew in there.

Thank you for your review. Sorry about the person in the office that you were speaking with. He is our accountant that picks up overflow calls when the other representatives are on the phone. On the same note, he has been with our company for the past 2 years. After speaking with Keith, he did advise me that the other worker (Chris) that day wasn't feeling the best and believe he was getting a head cold. I did not know that the day of the move. All our crews are full time workers of our company and are skilled movers. I guess that not feeling so well that day made you think that he wasn't a skilled worker.
