I was short 3 pieces of flooring to complete the repair and Susan went out of her way to arrange for 1 box of product to be ready for pick up. The installer then came the following morning to install the 3 pieces that were short. I have been in business for 9 years and dealt with many flooring companies, and I can honestly tell you that Alliance is a true believer in customer service. I have since given Alliance all my future flooring contracts.
