Hi Barry , I'm so sorry for your frustration .I do recall telling you we were going to send you another from the manufacturer. Not really sure how that's not authorizing a new one that came out to you . Had you communicated that information to me I would not have had the manufacturer send you the replacement .I will follow up from my end as to why it took 18 days which I cannot comment at this time . That would just be hear say. in conclusion your original shipping charge will not be refunded to you . The replacement one you sent back will be . That is a policy many online sellers use .
Please let us know when you get your new card so we can refund the shipping to you. As your card was compromised please make sure the original credit comes to you as it went through on our end.
