This was the best $500 I think Ive ever spent!
Intending to purchase a 26-year old home, I hired home inspector Steve Huddle who conducted a thorough and comprehensive inspection of the property. During the approximately 3 hours he worked, he observed a variety of concerns, all of which he relayed to me in specific and comprehensible wording.
His report which arrived within 24 hours, is detailed, specific and contains excellent photographs to back up his findings.
Steve was congenial, patient and extremely professional throughout and I learned an enormous amount of important information from his detailed investigations, which enabled me to make a far more informed decision.
