I called and spoke with a lady, Gave her my sq ft of house. I asked for two ppl, she said no need, I’ll give you one person for 5 hours. ok I said considering I have had one person for my house and it has taken them 3/4 hrs so thought, hey maybe this will be thorough (think again)! This was by far the worst cleaning job I have ever seen.
Long story short NEVER AGAIN WOULD I EVER USE THEIR SERVICE. I’m appalled and I called to complain and they couldn’t care less. Discusted

I have used Annas for approx 5 years.,Very pleased with them 90 percent of the time..I would recommend them.Cleaning ladies are usually very good. The ladies are honest peoplei have nothing else to say and this dumb thing wants 30 words

Our family has benefited from Anna’s Housekeeping Services since 2014! We love Nataliya & Vitaliy who transform our home every 2 weeks! They are also super with our animals. Highly recommend Anna’s HS - even when we are offers substitutes (e.g. Samantha) they are fabulous as well. Thank you, Anna!

We have a 4-storey town house in downtown Toronto and have used Anna's cleaning service for about a year. We have Natasha clean every two weeks and she does a good consistent cleaning. We find Anna's to be reliable, they make a reminder call which is useful, and it is great to have the same cleaner each time. We have no hesitation in recommending Natasha.

I have been using Anna's service since 1999 and have lived in a number of homes during that time. Anna has been able to provide good housekeepers on the days and times that are most convenient. There are two of us that work from home so it is important that care is taken to work independently and with minimal disturbances. Her staff has been polite, energetic and do a great job. We have a terrific team that comes to our house on a regular basis. They are sincere in getting the job done right and we love that.

Thank you once again to Anna's Housekeeping! Though I've asked for their service every four weeks, I have been very satisfied with the various women who have come to help me keep my home clean. This last visit from Ivanna went beyond my expectations! She thoroughly cleaned every stove element and all window ledges, as well as other small details that made a big difference.
I appreciate Anna's efficient day-before reminders, prompt follow-up for any concern I'd expressed, and range of services offered.

I have been using Anna's Housekeeping Services every 3-4 weeks for almost 6 months now and after receiving different cleaners every time, we finally found someone who is absolutely amazing! Jeanne was extremely thorough and very organized in her cleaning. She had different baggies for the bathroom and kitchen and bedroom areas (which I really appreciate because noone wants a cleaner to use the toilet cloth on the kitchen counter). She was very detailed, dusting, vacuuming and mopping every corner of the house and even cleaned the windows. I'm very happy with her work and I strongly recommend Jeanne if you're looking for support.

We received 5 hours of cleaning as a gift from our Real Estate Agent when we moved into our new home. We continued to use Anna's Housekeeping off and on for the next year, Anna sent different people each time, and more often than not I was happy with the work completed. Last year, Anna sent us Doreen, and we have just fallen in love with her. We now have her into our home once per month, my little toddler and beagle are comfortable with her. Doreen takes special care in the work she does and pays special attention to detail. She has become a part of our family and we look forward to seeing her when we have her in to clean. I used this company because my sister recommended them and ignored the many middling reviews. My mistake.

The cleaner came 15 minutes late and didn’t clean my kitchen. Still crumbs on the counter, microwave and stove untouched. I specifically got an hour longer than I thought they would need so everything could be done. When I phoned to complain they were rude and offered no compensation or discount.

I would strongly recommend against using this company.
