Anna's Housekeeping Services

I’m really impressed with Anna’s Housekeeping Services. A friendly voice always calls me to remind me of when the service is coming. When I call with questions, I’m answered in a helpful and kind manner. I’m especially pleased with Ma’s cleaning. She is extremely thorough and always willing to go the extra step to make our home clean and inviting when we return after work. Thank you, Ma and Anna’s.

I've been using Anna's for 5 years and I've always been happy with the job. My messages are returned immediately and I find they are always able to accommodate me for the day and time I want. I would definitely recommend them.

I explained I was selling my condo and needed a full top-to-bottom so we booked 4 hours to do a < 650 sqft condo.
The girl was 15 mins late, no apology or explanation. I was happy to let it slide and assumed she'd stay to make it up as it's pay-by-the-hour. But she tried to leave 15 mins early, so 30 mins of unpaid work?

Many things including bathroom floor (!!), windows and baseboards not done despite trying to leave early. They were not corrected and so I had to clean myself. Attached photos are AFTER she left!

When I called to bring it up, Anna was on vacation so I was told to wait. In the interim I posted this review. When I called back after vacation she yelled at me for the review and called back until I had to block the number!

She put a massive gauge in the wall (through the paint and into the drywall), not even sure how? And when I asked her about it she said it was not her. Um, I'd just had a contractor in to do all those little repairs, this was in a very conspicuous area and there's no way it had been there before.

Quite disappointed.

I have been with Anna's Housekeeping for over 4 years now, I always found that cleaning companies start off great then by months end they are slacking and skipping stuff....but my cleaners Natailya & Vitaliy have been exceptional every time, 4 years later and they clean like it is the first time. 5 stars for Anna's Housekeeping!

We have been using Anna’s Housekeeping Services for over 3 years and have appreciated the consistency, quality and reliability of their services. Vitaliy and Nataliya have been cleaning our home since July of 2014 and we have appreciated the continuity and good quality results that they provide. Anna has also been able to meet any requests for supplementary cleaning needs we have in addition to our usual schedule. Overall, we have been generally pleased with the level of service and reasonable pricing that Anna’s Housekeeping Service offers.

I have bene with Anna's Housecleaning for over 4 years. We have had times (depending on my work commitments) where we have someone once a week and other times where I call on an as needed basis. I do appreciate the flexibility very much with Anna's and have recommended them to other friends in my area, all of whom are happy with the service provided. I am grateful there is someone out there that I can trust with my house.

Anna's house cleaning service is excellent and they get the job done in a timely manner. My house smells so good and clean after they leave. I would definitely recommend trying them out.

I have only been using Anna’s housekeeping since January, but I think they are great. Very easy to call and book, they are always available on short notice, and they do an excellent job cleaning my condo. Someone recommended them to me and I have recommended them to others. Thanks, Anna’s!

I'm happy with this company. They are unfailingly polite and flexible.
I call at random times, so I get different people fairly often (which is acceptable to me) They always seem to have someone available when I need them.
