Aquaseal Basement Waterproofing Contracting Ontario

Aquaseal did some work for me a few months earlier and everything was good with the repairs they made. However, after some recent rains I found some new foundation leaks in the same general area (we hadn't closed the wall back in yet luckily). We have a lot of clay soil and some exterior grading and drainage issues that are creating some chronic leakage issues. After getting a few opinions I called Pierre to get his assessment. After troubleshooting, he quoted me a couple of options along with his recommendation which was in-line with another reco I received. We decided on installing a trench drain along the wall with a waterproof barrier that would control any foundation seepage and direct it below the floor. Pierre and his team arrived, ensured I was clear on the work that was going to be done and did it quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well. Hopefully that's the end of my leakage issues for good. Again, I would highly recommend Pierre and Aquaseal for any basement leakage issues.
