I call aquaseal on a neighbour's recommendation to repair a crack that my mother had in her basement wall. I spoke directly with the owner when I called and he was straight forward and considerate. He told me that the odour for the product was not hazardous but want to make sure that if my mother had any breathing problems that she had a place to go for a few hours.
I was very fortunate that he was able to schedule the repair in such a short time and actually showed up earlier than schedule (this has never happened with any other service I have scheduled).
