I ordered the King Size Bed & Bedroom Set . With shipping, I paid a little over than expected for shipping. Let me tell you that it took a few hours to get everything out of the cardboard packing boxes but when I finally assembled everything I was very Pleased. The Cherry Wood color is really beautiful. The Sleigh Bed is Beautiful as well ..and very well build. He is very honest and upfront . Over all , My wife and I are very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it highly . For the money spent, I don't believe I could have done better here around town. I will enjoy it for many years to come.

Purchased a amazing living room set for ARV. The salesperson was a delight to deal with actually showed a better set then the one I originally choose. He actually knew better then I did what I was looking for. The set was of better quality and better workmanship then the one set I had chosen. The price was best part. I had been shopping around town for a set and ARV had a nice selection in their show rooms. I recommend them to a friend who also and great experience with them. They Rock!!!! Prices are Great!!!!

ARV offered awesome prices, which would have cost me a fortune from the big name stores and other furniture retailers.

The furniture was absolutely great, and so was the service and communication that came with it in-store and on-delivery.

I am a very picky consumer and had very complicated demands in regards to my delivery time, speed of delivery, product quality, product type, and a lot of other stuff. The guys at the store were great in accommodating these needs and often offered to do more than was needed.

I purchased a bedroom set and a dining room set from these guys. Paid in full a day after I made my order and was promised delivery within the next few days ("by the end of the week"). After a couple of weeks, I contacted them again to see where my furniture was. They agreed to deliver all of it except for the bed as their supplier was out of stock on the particular unit I ordered. I agreed to have it delivered and was told that the bed would take "a week to ten days" to arrive.

Three months later, after I got tired of the runaround given by these guys ("it will be there in a week" was the standard answer every time), finally had enough and filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau. Lo and behold, my bed showed up within the next couple of days but the two kids that delivered it badly damaged it putting it together. After I contacted them about it, they came and fixed the crooked installation (but not the dents and scratches and the extra holes drilled in the bed). Since I've had enough of dealing with them, I chose to just let it be and am looking to purchase another bed to replace the damaged one they delivered.

i was looking for a Dinning room table, that was bar size, seats 8 people and has a leaf. ARV helped me find the table that a wanted, and shipped it into stock within a week. They were helpful, kind and saved me more then 50% then larger box stores
