I was referred to Princess Perfect that used their craftsmanship by a friend. Since I knew that they do a great job, I felt in confidence working on two previously kitchen chairs, a chair that was my dad's favorite and and ottoman that was from a previous work. They guided me in the selection of the leather (ottoman and chair) and faux leather to go with the style of the kitchen chairs. Timing was done and offered pick up and delivery. They also outsource the work on the wood to ensure that it is cohesive. Whish I had a picture before and after but the final results totally blown me away! They give to those sentimental pieces a new life that I enjoy now every day. Thank you for your great work!

We recently had our vintage two-piece couch, chair and ottoman reupholstered at Princess Perfect and couldn’t be happier with their work! Not only did they reupholster our furniture, they also made four beautiful couch cushions, each in a different fabric! I used this company years ago to reupholster 2 tub chairs & was very happy with their work. I was looking to buy a new sofa and chair to match, but Princess Perfect proved a more economical option. They worked with me the whole way and helped me to choose a fabric I loved. They even had a chair built to my specs & reupholstered it to match my new sofa. Pick up and delivery was seamless.
I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

The Barcelona chair and ottoman were to be redone with new leather belt straps and leather upholstery on the cushions. Within 5 months of getting the chair and ottoman the straps fell apart. Instead of being belt leather they were made of two strips glued together. In places they were just pieced in little bits. I was charged for belt leather but two other upholsterers have confirmed this is not belt leather. (see photos- the red shows where the pieces are coming unglued and where little bits have been glued together)
The cushions were to have leather upholstery but were upholstered with a different coloured canvas material on the side of one of the cushions and on the underside - not the leather which the originals had and done without explanation or consultation. (see photo - the pinkish material is not leather)
The project was to take 6-8 weeks - it took 17 weeks from the time of my first deposit which was $200 just to meet with Lisa Jo and "get in line."
I contacted Lisa Jo in early November, 2018, about the straps falling apart - she was not willing to address the issues until the new year as she was too busy with other projects. I will not be going back.

After Princess Perfect did an excellent job re-upholstering one of our grandparent’s armchairs, we then had them recover the seat cushions on our six dining room chairs.
Juanita was very patient in helping us pick fabric styles and colours and with an eye to style, wearability and fashion for each type of chair. All the workmanship was excellent and with good attention to detail. The chairs look great.
At our request, they sent out two of the dining room chairs to have the wood refinished and their supplier did a good job of matching the wood finish and colour with the other four chairs. Lisa Jo kept us well-apprised of the work progress. At the end we even had them make a cushion up from the small amount of fabric left over from the armchair. All-in-all a very positive experience. We highly recommend their work to others.

Princess Perfect transformed a beautiful mid century gondola couch for us by replacing the fabric and repairing the structure. It looks fabulous and while there were a couple details that needed to be fixed after delivery, Lisa Jo provided excellent customer service and had everything fixed to our satisfaction without delay. I will post a photo soon. I would recommend this company to friends and family as the company is reliable, accommodating and professional.

I brought my father's bedroom chair in to be reupholstered. I wanted to keep the chair but make it my own. Princess Perfect helped me greatly to pick the perfect fabric. I was able to take books home and make my selection carefully.
Apart from fabric Princess Perfect changed the foam support had the legs redone and repainted so a complete renovation. The chair is now an incredibly beautiful accent piece in my bedroom. It is a pleasure and joy just to look at it each day. I strongly recommend the services of Princess Perfect. I would not use any other service.

Based on Homestars and other references I used Princess Perfect to reupholster all my living room furniture including wing arm chairs, sofa, 2 ottomans, and an oversized arm chair. As well they recovered the banquette in my kitchen and made tablecloths for a small round table in the kitchen. Lisa Jo and all the others were consistently helpful and a joy to work with - from the beginning in the selection of fabrics, to pick-up and delivery. The quality of the finished work was outstanding and the service was timely and professional throughout. I highly recommend Princess Perfect - an outstanding company.
