Seasonal service is always late - halfway through the heating/ cooling seasons
We have been AtlasCare customers since 1997. Company has been sold and they are unable to provide pre-season maintenance checks At the start of the season. On Oct 8 they are booking for Xmas !
What good is a standing maintenance plan when they can't book you in August for the start of heating season.
Take some initiative Atlas and pre-book your repeat customers instead of an October email blast asking everyone to call in at once. This is doing whats best for Atlas instead.
