The motor in our furnace stopped working and Nimo Mansouri was there 2.5 hours after I placed the call. He was as courteous and professional as always. I mistakenly gave him the wrong plan type and paid for the new motor (his tablet was down and it was 10:30 PM so he couldn't check the type of plan for which I signed up). Two days later I received a call from the office saying I was getting reimbursed because our plan actually covered the cost of the replacement motor. This is why we remain Atlas customers ... they're honest and provide great service, and having a wonderful technician like Nimo, with whom we can build a relationship, is a comfort.
