What happened to this company?
Long time client of AtlasCare but will be looking around for someone else. The last 4/5 years the service has declined. After paying renewal fee for comfort plan no one has bothered to call to schedule heating/cooling services. Each time I called to schedule appointments I have been told the problem would be rectified - but over 5 years it has not been. This year was the same. This time I wanted to separate the heating and cooling services as the a/c was repaired in September - having a service 3 months later makes no sense. I had to speak with someone called Marlene. Marlene has to be one of the rudest, condescending and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. She seemed unable to focus on what I, the customer, wanted and instead kept going on about a mute point - with a take it or leave it attitude. This is not how I expect to be treated for a service I am paying for. In the past, I have recommended this company to others - but will no longer do this.
On the plus side not everyone I dealt with was like Marlene. Chantal, who rescheduled the service, was polite and easy to deal with. The service was carried out by Jordan who was efficient and very professional.
