Avenue Moving was responsive and accommodating until delivery. I had specified a location for where I wanted my items delivered. Already I wasn't receiving the white glove service (delivery cost from RH $250+tax) I paid for at my own request since I wasn't asking them to deliver my furniture into my home, remove packaging, etc. I had specifically asked for the delivery to be made at a specific location so that it would be convenient for me to bring the items into my home myself. My instructions were not followed, they delivered my furniture to where it was convenient for them - disappointing service.

From the day I contacted Avenue Moving their service was prompt. They reply to all my questions and were patient with me while I was figuring out my move in date. Thank you for your patience and also for promptly answering all my silly questions!!! Appreciate it. The team of two packers arrived on time and in less than 3 hours they were done packing up our 1000 sq ft condo...very courteous and extremely professional team...on the moving day a team of 4 came in...they all were extremely polite and very friendly...the team was a pleasure to work with...my younger son got really friendly with them...they came in at 8:30am and they started moving all the furniture and boxes and by 11:30am they were done loading the truck...they were super efficient and extremely cautious of everything around the condo making sure everything was protected and covered...at 2pm they moved the stuff into our new condo which is just a street away...by 4pm they had moved us in...fast, careful, and methodical...they were extremely careful with our newly installed hardwood floors and freshly painted walls and baseboards. Thank you guys for making this move so efficient and with no hiccups. Def would recommend your services to everyone. :-)

Delivery of furniture from restoration hardware store. They were excellent. Polite, professional and very careful not to damage anything.

Two guys showed up to bring a twin size bed to a second floor room. The bed had six metal drawers, a metal bottom frame that the guys did not remove! Therefore the bed was ridiculously heavy! And wider because of the frame! They did not bother to try to remove anything. They gave up on trying to fit the bed up the stair they were burned out from the heavy weight of the bed and they called it quits. Took pictures and said it was too large for the stairs. I asked them to leave the bed in the folle of the house and called a couple of handy men to help and they figured out the bed could be taken upstairs in pieces! And they took the six heavy metal drawers which made everything so much easier!! I paid for the furniture to be delivered and assembled and they guys could not even bring the bed to the bedroom because of “how heavy”

Avenue moving is a pleasure to deal with! They have amazing customer service right from the beginning. They were able to accommodate my delivery and hold my furniture for me until the home was ready. The delivery gentlemen were extremely friendly and professional. They were on time, set up everything and removed all garbage from the home!

The delivery gentlemen were very polite and positive. They didn’t need prompting to take off their shoes, and ensured that they did not bump any walls/furniture to bring in our delivery. They asked if they could bring it right into the room for setup. And removed any garbage that came from wrapping the furniture. Great job. Very professional.

Avenue Moving delivered some new furniture. The two men that made the delivery were very friendly and polite. More importantly, they were respectful and careful of our home. I was very impressed.
