Furniture review in Orangeville

A few hiccups with one of my sectionals but overall Bad Boy offered a decent selection and are competitively priced.

Was not able to find a modern looking bar or china cabinet.

Nina the ASM was amazing to work with.

Hamlet Sectional

Furniture review in Orangeville

Recent large purchase order with Bad Boy included a Hamlet Sectional. The sectional was delivered with a defective power supply. One month later and the sectional is still unusable as it is stuck in the reclined position. After numerous calls and follow ups, I am no closer to a resolution. I should mention that I purchased the Solid Gold warranty and it doesn't help in this case. They put all of the blame on the manufacture and don't back the products they sell.

The Store Manager evades my calls, customer service promises follow ups that never happen and you can't escalate the issue.

I will never purchase from Bad Boy again!
