Placed order March, 2021. They would call the following week with a pick up date. Numerous calls to store, never a call back. Call to head office customer service. Only able to leave message, with a recording they would call back within 24 hours. No return call. 5 dates set for pick up at Barrie Store. Called each time before making the 2.5 hour drive, only to be told the appliances were not in. Received an email stating the appliances were on route to store. ETA 10:00-1:00. Upon arriving at the store we were told the fridge was not in. It was in the Vaughan warehouse. We drove to Vaughan to pick up the fridge. 5months and 1 day we finally had all the appliance. Never again. Next to no customer service.
