I purchased a sofa there...it started wearing out in between the seat cushions...they would not come to take a look at itt o see what was wrong. I brought in a designer who recognized immediatetly that the cushions are too big for the sofa (they hang over the edge about 2") causing the wearing out of the fabric every time you sit on it! Barrymore would not take responsibility for it. I now have to get this couch re-uplostered and the cushions re-done. Very disappointing that they do NOT stand by their products.

We stand behind our products. The cushions on the sofa in question were correctly made in January 1999. Nevertheless, we have replaced them twice and we have provided years of patient service to this customer. We regret that we have not been able to satisfy her.
