We needed part of our basement redone and wanted someone who was reliable, reachable, professional and someone we felt comfortable working with. Stan’s company is listed with Renomark and that gave us added peace of mind to go ahead and hire him. We are very happy with the job. Stan was always available to go over items that needed to get done and anything not done exactly right was corrected. Very easy going to work with as are all of his crew. Wasn’t planning to add a bathroom to the basement but Stan showed us that it was possible and at a reasonable cost.

We were a challenge because we added work that was not in the estimate but we kept thinking of things that needed to be done all around the house and Stan and his crew were always accommodating. A special thanks to Erna who put up with our never-ending paint jobs.

After meeting with several contractors, we decided to go with Stan and his team from Basement Experts to complete our full basement renovation plus bathroom. Stan listened to our requirements and offered suggestions to us on how we could make our basement space work even better for us, always conscientious of keeping things within our budget. From the plumbers, electricians & painters, the trades that were brought in to complete the job were top notch. They all provided high quality workmanship and as an added bonus made sure to keep the place clean!
Everyone worked consistently & diligently to ensure the reno was completed within the timeframe specified. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and are already discussing future reno projects with Stan & his team!

Stan and his team provided a thorough quote, detailed contract (including milestones) and worked hard to deliver a bathroom that makes me smile every day. The crew were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and did excellent work.

Stan was very collaborative, working with us so that the fixtures and cabinets fir in our tiny space, but still gave us that clean spa feeling we wanted.

We are very pleased with the overall result of our basement. The project was a renovation of a 1000 sq. ft. unfinished walk-out basement. When something went wrong and was not completed to our satisfaction Stan was quick to correct the problem and make it all right.

Stan even came back a year later to help us change a potlight when we couldn't figure it out. All this is why we've gone back to him to renovate our kitchen in 2010!

Stan is the ultimate professional. Workers were on time, on schedule and cleaned up the mess before they left. The project was also on budget. Have already requested a quote on another job. Would definitely recommend them!
