Stan and his team, led by Mike, completely updated the basement in our new home. They turned it from dark and damp into a bright and comfortable space where our family now loves to spend time. They were extremely professional throughout the renovation, completed the project on budget and provided some great ideas and suggestions during the work. We are really happy with the results, and well definitely be working with them again whenever we decide to make any further upgrades to our home.

Stan and the crew, led by Mike, were extremely professional and excellent to deal with all the way through the experience. They completed all the work on time, in a high quality way, while staying on budget. This project was done on an old freehold townhouse and they went above and beyond in a number of ways, including pointing out deficiencies that were created by prior renovations that required fixing (e.g. joists that had been sawed right through). They also did an incredible job of relationship managing with neighbours, going as far as helping our 85 year old neighbour take down a mirror she was worried would break due to the vibrations during the demo - Mike even bought her flowers as an apology for the disturbance! An incredibly thoughtful thing to do that has meant excellent relationships with neighbours after the proejct. They were not the cheapest option, but "you get what you pay for" and we would very gladly work with them again.

Stan and his team renovated our main floor to completely update our space. They added a shower in our basement washroom first which allowed us to live in our basement. Stan worked within our budget, offering suggestions for improvement. Site Manager Mike and the crew were reliable, skilled, courteous and friendly. Stan responded promptly with solutions for whatever the reason, even after the work was completed. We love our new surroundings!

I inherited my father's home and decided to do a complete home renovation. I interviewed 3 companies before deciding to used Renovation Exports.
When I met Stan Boigon I liked him right away. He was easy to talk to, great sense of humour and wasn't all about the money. He suggested I keep what still functions.

Our goal was to renovate our first and second floor which involved removing walls giving us an open concept. We updated every room, three bathrooms plus we replaced the stairs going to the second floor and to the basement. Project started in January 2021 and completed April 2021.

As part of our contractor evaluation, we looked at about ten contractors and Stan stood out as he provided the most thorough quote. Stan was a pleasure to work with, from the first time we met to the end of the project. Stan did several walk throughs to make sure every detail was captured. The goal was to have an actuate quote with a realistic schedule, noting the challenges with COIVD restrictions. From the beginning of the project to the end we had no showstoppers as we met every Friday to review the progress and address any issues.

Sam was the foremen on the project, his team was top notch respectful and was quick to adjust as required. During the renovation Sam made some great suggestions which improved the overall renovation. Stan and Sam always reached out to us to confirm selections and address any potential issues before they became showstoppers.

Stan recommended several manufacturers and suppliers. Though we shopped around at the end we ended up going with most of his suppliers. Special shout out to Silverwood Kitchens, Vanity Sense Inc., Robinson Lighting & Bath, LV Flooring LTD. and Taps.

Overall, we had a great experience working with Stan, on budget, on schedule and great quality work. Stan was fair, we had a give and take relationship, his goal was to make it right. We have already recommended Stan to our friends and family. He is currently renovating the first floor for one of our cousins.

Stan and the team at Renovation Experts helped us finish our semi-detached house's basement. We had underpinned and thus had a relatively blank slate to work with.

While we had some hiccups along the way due to some structural challenges that took some time to figure out (such are the joys of owning a 100 year old house) we are very happy with the quality of the work and the end the result. We were able to significantly expand our livable space, and add a full bath including integrated washer/dryer.

Renovation Experts and their team handled and delivered on all of the framing, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, electrical and fixture installs we required as part of this project. We would have no hesitation recommending the Renovation Experts team for a similar project in the future.

Stan and his team at Renovation Experts helped us create an open concept first floor and dream kitchen last year. As a testament to our experience with them, we will definitely be calling them when we are ready for our next renovations.

Stan, the owner of Renovation Experts, is genuine. He was truly interested in our project and discussing ideas with us right from the time we met at the Home and Reno Show. Even as we considered other contractors in our search, Stan met with us several times to iron out details in an itemized estimate. Being detail oriented ourselves, his level of detail and organization was truly appreciated. We realized that without this level of detail, an accurate estimate for cost and timeline would be impossible. Stan was very helpful in getting our permit submitted as well.

Our project involved many components: Removal of the load bearing wall, relocation of doors and windows, removal of popcorn ceiling, replacing flooring with new hardwood and tile, installation of kitchen and dining room cabinetry, counters and island, relocation of range hood, installation of new lights throughout the first floor and outdoors, security cameras, and painting of the entire first floor.

Stan introduced us to his Project Manager Dave who presented us with a detailed timeline of demolition and construction. Dave was instrumental in coordinating all the different tradespeople as well as the inspections from the city, and for making sure all things were in place to ensure the project stayed on course and on time. Both Stan and Dave were always reachable by text and email and responded within hours. Dave always answered our questions in point by point detail. Stan’s team: Reza the Architectural Engineer, Sam the Foreman, Wade the plumber, Steve the electrician, Christian the cabinet installer, William the counter-top installer and all the other workers Mike, Sasha, Majid, Soheil were all friendly, courteous and considerate as we lived in the house during most of the renovations. They did a fine job and the end result is a polished and finished new first floor. We wanted someone we could trust and count on their expertise for our renovation and they delivered. Renovation Experts was recommended to us by our kitchen manufacturer. Upon meeting Stan, his personable yet professional manner provided us with a very positive first impression of him! We definitely felt comfortable with Stan from the get-go and automatically knew that we would be able to work with him. Being our first time venturing into home renovation, he provided us with valuable step by step information and was always able to quickly answer any questions we had. When the day came to begin our kitchen reno, Dave the site supervisor came with Stan and the demolition crew. In total, the work involved kitchen demolition, relocating plumbing and electrical work, replacing the entire main floor as well as redoing the powder room. We highly recommend Renovation Experts! Their work speaks for itself – our recent party guests were awed by the total transformation of our main floor!

We recently did a large home renovation with Renovation Experts. The scope of work included on the main floor: a partial wall removal to increase the size of our living and family room area, removal of popcorn ceilings, removal of large wood burning fireplace, installation of pot-lights, one remodeled main floor bathroom and a new gas fireplace, and on the second floor two remolded bathrooms; and painting primarily on the main floor and 50% of the second floor.
We found Stan and his site foreman David to be very considerate of our comfort by keeping the work area safe and relatively clean, and by keeping us informed what was planed to be worked on days ahead. Work was conducted on week days only.
As for quality of work, we are extremely pleased. Stan has hired a great team of contractors. The workmanship is excellent. Everybody who came to work at our home was very professional and pleasant to deal with. David the site foreman was always there when you needed him.
Stan Boigon, the owner of Renovation Experts managed the project according to budget and time. Stan was also very accessible, and prompt with returning calls and emails. His billing was very accurate, and he gave very fair allowances. He provided a good itemized billing with an excel spreadsheet that was easy to read and explained all costs and add-on’s if applicable. He worked very well with our designer.
Overall, this renovation was a very positive experience for my wife and me. We were referred to Renovation Experts by my daughter who had a very good experience with them as well. We feel extremely fortunate that we chose Renovation Experts.
