They charged us $500. because they made a mathematical error.
David the store manager rudely accused us of knowing about the error and was trying to get away with it!
The vanity had screws popping through so we ordered a new one. It took 2 months to come in.
We ordered a 25" vanity top. They gave me a 23 1/2" top.
They gave me 1 sheet of tile to cover the gap, then charged me for it.
We ordered tile. The wrong tile came in.
They are incompetent, rude, underhanded, and overpriced.

We ordered a mirror with built in lighting. It was not CSA approved.

In October i paid a 25% deposit; they promised the work in Dec. Then in early Dec, they said the parts had not come in and even if they did they could not do the work because they close for 2 weeks. On Dec 23 they called saying they would come on Dec 28. When i said that was not convenient they got angry saying "You wanted it in December". Now it is my fault and they have my money.
I would not recommend them at all.

took way too long for delivery of vanity,i chose to pick-up the vanity myself in scarboruogh to speed things up,they gave me the wrong color and style vanity. then i picked up the right vanity from thier mississauga store with a piece missing, finally they delivered the last piece three months after purchase. during the whole time the salesman kept asking for final payment, this made me very uncomfortable,when a company ask for payment without completing thier duties.
