Hired Jerry to redo 2 bathrooms, past the 3 weeks timing, all work done unprofessionally by him and his helper; plumbing, tiling & walls. He failed miserably. We fired him. Jerry says he is qualified to plaster walls, he did not even plaster correctly!!!
We re hired a qualified person to rip out & redo all work to perfection.
Sued Jerry, won my case in court. Awaiting full repayment from Jerry !!!

Jerry completed a small bathroom renovation for our home to our satisfaction. He even suggested removing a bulkhead above the shower rod which has opened the bathroom up in terms of light and aesthetics. I would recommend Bathroom Specialists for your bathroom renovation.

We had Jerry completely demolish our old basement bathroom and rebuild with our selected fixtures. Although the renovation took a little longer than anticipated, there were other factors which delayed the project which were beyond Jerry's control, as the suppliers ordered the wrong fixtures and some minor parts were missing from the shower kit we ordered. All in all, upon completion, we felt Jerry did a very nice job and we are quite pleased with the complete renovation. Jerry was also quite willing to accommodate some minor modifications to the original job. We found him to be a bit of a handyman, as he suggested he could make us a proper window sill to replace the existing one which was not very useful. If you have patience, we're sure you will be pleased with the end results.

Very satisfied with Jerry's completed renovation of our on-suit shower stall. Although it took a day or two longer than anticipated he was very accommodating with working on my availability to get the balance of job completed. His pricing is not unreasonable yet competitive. He is prompt and leaves the work area clean & tidy at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend Jerry to anyone looking for any work needed in and around the house.

Extremely disappointed - bathroom was supposed to be finished in about 3 weeks but was nowhere close to being completed when the deadline was reached. We had to tell Jerry to tear down and rebuild one of the walls because the room was not square. Then we noticed many of the studs were cut too short leaving gaps. Jerry brought in a licensed plumber to do the underground drains and as far as we can tell this work was done well but then Jerry fired the plumber and instead of bringing in another plumber he decided to do the copper himself. He did a terrible job (reused the old copper and joined multiple short pieces together). We told him to rip it out and get a plumber in to do it but he refused - he tried to convince us that his work was fine and he also said he didn't know any other plumbers - what contractor only knows one plumber!!! Also, the sink drain he installed slopes on an uphill and the toilet flange he installed will end up covered by cement when the floor is level. Finally fed up with Jerry's attitude and having major concerns regarding the quality of his work, we fired him.

i found Jerry through Homestars and his quote turned out to be the most reasonable. He worked very well with us and accommodated our design requests and any changes during the job. He was punctual and always informed us on the progress of the job. Although it took longer than expected, overall we are happy with our new bathroom and have gotten several compliments. I would recommend Jerry to anyone looking for a bathroom renovation.

I am so thrilled with Jerry's renovation of my small, main bathroom. A challenging space in an old house, Jerry took the room down to studs and gave me insulation (replacing the old newspapers and empty space), heated floors, a wall-hung sink, a built-in med cabinet, and replaced my old tub with a lovely custom shower.
Everyday Jerry touched base with me and explained the project status. He gave me notice of upcoming decisions I would have to make and answered all my questions.
My favourite thing about working with Jerry was that I felt like he was a partner in the project. He worked with me to make sure that we had the best final product. We aren't ready for a full renovation but needed to tidy up and repair our bathroom. Jerry was extremely helpful and reasonable, and wouldn't do repairs that he didn't think were worthwhile. It took a bit longer than expected, but we are very happy with the result.

This summer I wanted to start working on my backyard in phases. I hired Jerry because he has done work on the inside of my house and I knew I can trust him and get along with him.
Jerry came to remove an unsightly chain link fence. It sounds like an easy job but once the fence started coming down we noticed a bees nest inside the posts. Jerry was such a sport and got the job done. Thanks.
