Overall, an excellent experience. The person taking the call was clear about the costs and they were available in a couple of days. The technician, Dave, showed up during the agreed time period and was finished quickly. He even suggested some other work that needed to be done in the spring without no pressure to get the work done immediately.
I would definitely use this company again.
