Belyea Bros Limited

I had my AtticPak air conditioning unit checked by Belyea on May 21st. They installed the unit 3 years ago for over $10k. The checklist from them shows that the unit is fine. The unit was working fine prior to the inspection. On May 26th I had water pouring out of my skylight and fire alarm unit. They came to diagnose the problem and informed me that it was a broken pipe which they “don’t warranty”. I didn’t ask them to warranty the pipe, I asked them to stand by their maintenance checklist that should have caught the problem and saved me extensive damages.
