I had a Veissman high efficiency boiler furnace installed in August 2017. For the first week we had little hot water as the hot / cold pipes were reversed. It took three visits and a consultation w Veissmann to determine the error. it was only discovered when a tech mentioned the same issue had occurred the week before with a similar furnace. This is basic installation 101 and should not have occurred. We also had some other minor issues that took a while to correct due to my persistence. Overall a good company but I feel quality has slipped over the last few years. Overall techs are polite and knowledgeable. For the most part they know their business and especially David G, the owner.
