I recently purchased a home (pre-construction) from Bevco Homes. Fernando Recchia, the owner, was exceptional to deal with. He was on-site daily and was accessible at all times. The quality of workmanship was perfection. Any concerns were addressed immediately by Fernando personally.

This was my first solo home purchase and Fernando made me feel comfortable throughout the process and proud of my new home.

This development is amazing, Fernando The builder helped me through the entire process, his attention to detail is like nothing I've ever seen, even a year after moving in I can still call with a question anytime I like. He gave all the buyers his personal cell phone number, I have never heard of that before. I can't recommend Bevco homes enough!

Craftsmanship was next to none. But surprisingly was told it was fully finished with appliances and come to find out none are there. Also the design girl basically had no idea of what was actually going to be the finished product because she messed up on a lot of things that she said would be done and was not like the powder room having a counter top that I picked out and turns out it’s a white pedestal sink, or picking all black doors but they’re white. Also the pictures always look bigger than the actual rooms in the place. Master is so small.
