Like the previous reviewer, I'm satisfied with the products-in my case, tiles- I purchased from the company, but am extremely disappointed with the sloppy installation/finishing. I would say that it's safe to go ahead and buy materials from BMG, but it would be best to find your own qualified and professional tradesmen to install.

Hired these guys to replace my carpets with engineered hardwood. While I was inpressed with the hardwood product, the service was less than stellar. Their finishing with the quarter inch round trim along the floorboard is amateurish. Either they are lazy or unskilled, using less than needed finishing nails to adhere the 1/4 round neatly to the sides of the floorboard. Parts of the round was loose because of a missing nail needed here and there. Called them up to come and finish the job, the owner Carlos had the nerve to tell me to "just get some finishing nails" to fix it. If I had the time I would have done it myself, and not pay them to do it. Next comes the installation of the wooden thresholds between the tile floor and the hardwood floor. It seems they don't understand the meaning of using "adequate" glue to adhere the threshold to the tile and hardwood. A few thresholds have started to become unstuck. Again, they said to use some glue to fix it back. Seriously I won't go back to these guys nor will I recommend them to anyone, not even to an enemy. If you really want to use them, I suggest you should take lots of time off of work to watch over them at all times of the day. Hire at your own risk is what I say. Obviously they don't understand the concept of doing it right the first time!
