I purchased a couch in July of 2006 and was promised a 4 month delivery time. It's been over 5 months now and every time I call, the situation is the same, the couch is still clearing customs (for the last 4 weeks?!?!?!). Now Jordan is telling me that I won't have my couch until mid January. A friend also purchased a Natuzzi and received it in 2 months. I will never buy from Brandsmart again.
