Bought new home April 2012 we are starting to notice that there is pattern cracks In the downstairs tiles and cracking in the ceiling that indicates movement of the house, I understand settlement but when it involves the ascetics of the home especially a house of so called high quality I expect a lot more than just to be fobbed off by customer services, we have had several issues that we have let slide by, because as being in the construction trade myself I know how you get people complaining 24/7. By not being a pain in the rear to this company I would have thought that they might be a bit more customer friendly to our issues. Also they say that craftsmanship is their highest objective but a very poor craftsmanship issue of the highest order has just been pointed out to me by a friend who is also in construction and it is something that I myself am embarrass not to have notice before, however is now a constant eyesore for me when I enter the home I will gladly produce photos to those wishing to see the issues on request again I was just fobbed of by customer service, I now regret not making more of a fuss on other issues instead of being more understanding.
