This was one of the worst decision to buying furniture from brick. we bought dining set before 45 days ago from brick and still we didn't get complete set. When they send the table and chairs and all of the chairs were damaged , so we have to returned the chairs and delivery guy was so rude . Then after 2 weeks they send us new chairs and they arrived damaged as well. so we called the store manager at the newton branch in surrey bc and he was giving lame excuses .after 2 weeks they came and didn't bring the chairs and just assemble the table when we asked them about the chairs they said you to phone the store. My husband was so mad and phoned the brick located in Newton office they said it is in the truck and we waited till 7 pm and then manager said i will find out and will call you tomorrow first thing in the morning. We didn't get any response from brick store manger so we phoned them back next day and they said the manger is off today. We are at this moment still waiting for the chairs . There is no date for delivery. There return policy is worth less if you have open the box you can only exchange with in seven day no refunds you will only get refund if you return the product within seven day.
we called head office and they were sorry for everything .sorry will not do anything its wastage of time and money and not good stuff.We are not happy for this service.we will never recommend to anyone to buy products from brick.
Waste of time ,money and frustration comes from brick.
