Full Circle What a joke! Bought appliances 5 years ago and was offered a money back Full Circle plan if not used. Asked if in any limitations and told no but must claim it. So that is what I did, upon going to store for info on how to claim....yes when I did get someone from head office on the phone...told to deal with it a store level! The lovely girls there tell me I must use on one item oh and yes no appliances and electronics ( did I not say I had asked and was told no limitations) I then call and leave 5 messages at head office with no call backs. Not wanting to lose the almost $400 I go in to purchase a TV stand for my mom only to be told that I must make two purchases . Totally shocked I again try and reach head office as the store staff kept saying they couldn't do anything... still no luck so we go in and purchase 2 dinning room chairs as they are selling them as pairs, so yes we also paid for 2 more for a total of 4. I finally get a call back after leaving another message on Jan 6/15 from a Thomas Dunn who says for me to send him everything and he'll get back to me. Oh did I mention that even though paper work said Dec 30/14 they would not release funds until Jan 24/15 ( something about delivery) Finally get a call back from Thomas to be told that actually I should never had gotten 2 chairs as was to be on a single item...I almost lost my mind...I guess they really hope you will for get about these warranties and except for Matt and the 2 sales men I worked with the staff at the PITT MEADOWS Store are the cream of the crop! Yes I am being cheeky I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE BRICK OR STEP FOOT IN ONE....I'd say they know nothing about customer service.
