Rug

So I went to buy a rug and I expected that I would spend maximum 30 minutes doing so but ended up with 4 hours. What happened is that I saw a rug that I liked for $199 .. I asked to get it and once he scanned the item, he told me that the system price is $220 and he should change that in the system so I waited about 10 minutes until he got the change done and sold it to us for $199 .. On our way out we saw the exact same rug but for $169 .. We asked for that and he said probably its an older model so we asked for a replacement and he said okay .. It took us about an hour and 30 minutes waiting for them to issue the replacement and do the refund because they were busy and what is worst that they told us that they don't have it in store and we should pick it up from the warehouse 20 minutes away from the store ,, We went to the warehouse at about 5 pm .. The delivery person said that we didn't pay it and he don't have the rug ready. We showed him the receipt then he went to bring the rug. 30 minutes later he showed up with a totally different rug than the one we ordered .. We told him that is not it so we ended up entering the warehouse to show him which rug did we buy from the store looking at the images in the store website .. and it turned out that they stopped selling that rug 3 months ago .. we called them at site to tell them about it and I swear that phone call lasted more than 30 minutes of us getting transferred to different people and in each time we had to tell them our phone number and our story and what is happening from the beginning like we repeated this story multiple times and in each time they put us on hold and transfer us to someone else like they didn't know how to deal with it .. at that point we just wanted to be done with it because the warehouse closes at 6 pm and it was 6:30 already so we decided to take the original first rug that they had in the warehouse and pay 55$ more for the price difference. We just took it home because it was tiring and we had no other choice. I called the next day to speak with the manager and she said that the problem was with the tags and she issued us a $25 as a compensation but honestly she didn't seem like she cared and we didn't get a satisfying apology.
