Worst service ever. I ordered a fridge 3 months ago and they still haven’t delivered it. I call them almost every two weeks and they keep telling me it’s back ordered. I don’t understand why they would sell an appliance they have trouble getting. Today, I spoke to the manager and she said she can’t do anything and wants me to wait. Worst customer service! Sale person Raji - she will never return your call. She is interested in only on her sales and her commissions. Manager keeps telling me Raji will call me back. And so far she never called. I regret going to this Brick.
