I have received the worst customer service after being a loyal customer for 5 years. We bought a couch 2 months ago and were promised for a delivery by July 2nd. With a huge family function coming up we wanted to exchange our old couch which we had warranty for a new couch which we paid for with delivery. On July 2nd we waited for our couch delivery, nothing came. We contacted a customer service representative who assured us we would get a call back.
It has now been 2 months with no follow up from management and we are still suffering with old couch. This is the worst service and management structure. The customer service represenatatives refuse to transfer you to management. They do not address themselves by their names so you never know who you are talking to.
I am still waiting to hear back from them. Although I am sure no one will call back and I might actually have to take time off work yet again to find out why no one ever calls back and why I still have not received my new couch.
