Horrible service/damaged merchandise
Both my daughters have recently experienced huge delays in the quality and delivery of their purchases. One daughter has had to send back her bed frame twice, the first time they sent the wrong parts; the second time there was scratches and chips on the merchandise. It's going to NOW take another 2 months to get another one, so IF by some off chance the frame is not damaged and delivered, it will be a total of a 4 months process! My other daughter's laundry set was a month delayed, when they ordered the set it said in stock, then not delivered until a month after the promise date (they are a family of four, it's tough with two small kids not to have laundry facilities)... Very poor customer service when each of them called, different answers to their concerns, and no one cared about fixing the problem. I would think with the competitive furniture/appliance market, The Brick would be mindful of their quality of service.
