The sales team at this store is very knowledgable regarding their products and did not pressure you to buy...in fact, they were trying to save more money by trying to bundle everything together and asking the manager for better prices due to our big volume purchase. Shipping was prompt and on time, get compliments on our furniture all the time...cant really ask for more than that.

We would definately go back to The Brick. Also we would recommend it to our friends and family. It was great service, staff was very friendly. They offered suggestions and ideas match prices with other furniture companies

I went to buy products such as sofa's electronics and beds. Everytime we went the service wsa excellent and the price was above average. The quality was above average as well.

Had several problems with The Brick. Bought a brand new bedroom set, first - they delivered it 2 months late and it was used. There were several dents and markings. Customer service was a joke. They were not helpful or responsible. They said they "understood" but didn't do much to solve the problem. After our 5th or 6th round of issues re attempted to exchange it for store credit but they refused. We will never buy from The Brick again.

The Brick has always been a good place to get a piece of furniture at a reasonable price. What will drive people away (and the reason I'll be hesitant to go back) are their pushy sales people - be prepared to be followed around by at least 1 (and maybe more) salesperson until you walk out the door!

Arrived right on time and date promised, great deal, good price and nice staff.

We bought a dining set from the Brick about a year ago. We bought a 5 year warranty for $40 as well. Then after about 6 months, we had a problem with the metal part of the kitchen. I decided to give a call to see if they can re-paint the part. It took me for ever to get an appointment. Then when the technician comes, I noticed that he was very under-qualified, and was not able to help me.
