Thursday in February was a cold day for the fan to stop, but Burlington Energy came out within a couple hours and replaced fan then got it running manually until a new logic board was brought in the following Monday. Logic Board had a hole burned in it. Great service and the house was warm all weekend.

Rick Baum and his team are a joy to have in your home. Rick visited the house and discussed our needs and then came back with several options from Lennox. Installation was professional and done in a timely manner. Tech took us thru "learning curve" for icomfort wi-fi thermostat. Rick visited several times during the day of installation. All old materials were removed from site. Recommend them highly to anyone in the Oakville/Burlington/Hamilton area. Good old fashioned customer service. Delightful!!

We were selling our house and it was conditional on having our furnace checked. It turned out that the motor was broken and was leaking fluid. The service man fixed the motor and cleaned the furnace so that it looked like brand new.

Our furnace was not running properly for a couple of days. Yesterday it would not go on at all.We called Energy Systems who sold and installed the furnace 5 years ago.They came out this morning at 8am. They fixed the problem and honoured our guarantee for parts ,which had expired 5 days ago. Being ripped of on some contractors, it is nice to trust someone like Rick and his crew. Need a new furnace or repairs you can trust Energy Systems. Thom Miller.

Having our furnace installed by the company owner Rick was a pleasure. Rick and a co-worker installed our new furnace in the dead of winter on probably the coldest day of the year. It took about 7 hours from start to finish. They were courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves. What a great job, we were very pleased with both the product a Lennox high efficiency and the workmanship.
