I went through Jiffy, which I heard about on boom very happy I did. Maydone Appliances fix my fireplace valve within a few weeks technician was very professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat all the way around exceptional customer service.

They were here within 2 hours of our call. to service our dishwasher. First rate service and would use again.

Excellent service! My Bosch dishwasher wasnt draining, and the technician quickly found broken glass in the pump. They removed it, got everything running perfectly, and explained the issue clearly. Fast, efficient, and professional recommend for any dishwasher repairs!

The technician Igor who arrived Thursday, Oct 10th, fixed the problem quite easily and was extremely helpful. He was also courteous and respected our floors by not scratching them using a plastic pad to roll out the fridge. The guy deserves a big bonus and a raise.

The technician who arrived weeks prior for the same problem was not capable of fixing the problem which subsequently persisted unchanged.

Speed, efficiency and service are top notch. Unlike other companies that were approached in the hunt of a company to diagnose the problem, Maydone reached out within minutes.

From start to finish, everyone that was involved (Max, Amal and forgot to get the name of the person who followed up - sorry!) was pleasant to deal with. Amal was exceptionally detailed when explaining the issue and what the potential options were after diagnosing the problem.

Unfortunately the unit could not be repaired due to the availability of parts from the manufacturer. I have no doubt that if it was repairable, the quality of work would have exceeded expectations.

Very dishonest. Charged for a diagnostic and it was obvious they were adding this cost to the labour. Told that the heating element did not work and charged 217 for the part. At this point had no other choice but to have the job completed. Then tried to charge us extra for silicone as they now said there was a leak and was taking the tube with them. When confronted they withdrew on the additional charge. Could have purchased a new dishwasher!
