At this time of writing it has been a little over two weeks since Buttons replaced my twenty two year old Lennox A/C with a Trane XR13 and Ive been enjoying the solid 21 degrees of cool comfort since that time.
The customer experience with the entire Buttons team from the start of the engagement (Teresa, Nigel and Brian), installation team (Scott-The Tactician, Devon-The Technician, Gareth-Quality Controller (always a good sign when theres someone there with a checklist and uses it) and Noah-The Personality) to the post installation follow up and check with Pat was exceptional.
It was obvious that the Buttons installation team knew their business and upon arrival (at the appointed time) did not waste any time in executing the removal and installation work and from my casual observations really worked together as a team to get this job done especially given that I had other technicians for other services onsite that same day-everyone just worked around each other without fuss. As mentioned by other reviewers the work area was cleaned up like they werent there.
I was also very impressed to learn that Buttons still maintained a service record for my furnace back in 2017 so when I called about the A/C they already had my contact and location information on file. In closing, Im sure one could probably get a cheaper service provider but as someone who values quality in products, workmanship and customer experience, Buttons is my go to for these services and have no hesitation in recommending this business.
