Canadian Grounds Landscaping & Snow Removal

They are very good at cashing cheques, including post-dated cheques provided as a courtesy, months in advance. They show up late, after 9AM and send you pictures of the vehicles that have arrived and say they can not clear the snow. They wait for the snow to melt on its own and then send you invoices for 6.5 tons of salt for a 20 car parking lot. Then after paying them you cancel the contract for no-performance but they sue you for the balance of the season, siting '30 days advance notice'. They never address the non-performance issues. I have a feeling I am not the only one who has been treated this way.
